Common questions

Where's my order? Your tracking link is in your dispatch email. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

How long will it take? Depends on the piece — see Shipping. The quickest are in Ships Fastest, dispatched in 1–2 business days and usually with you in 3–7.

Can I return it? Yes — 14 days from delivery, and for most pieces you won't need to post anything back. See Returns & Refunds.

I'm not sure which piece to buy. Tell us about the person you're buying for and we'll give you an honest answer, including if we think nothing we make is right.
