These terms govern your use of zelun.shop and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies.

What we sell, and what it is not
We sell jewellery. Several of our collections are named after difficult experiences — anxiety, loss, grief — because that is how people search for a meaningful gift, not because our products treat those things.
Nothing we sell is a medical device. Our jewellery is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and we make no claim that it will. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional.
Materials
Each product page states the materials used. Where we describe a piece as sterling silver, it is sterling silver. Where a piece is stainless or titanium steel with a plated finish, we say so. Decorative stones are cubic zirconia or similar simulated stones unless a product page specifically states otherwise — we do not sell natural diamonds or precious gemstones.
Plated finishes wear with time and use. This is normal and is not a fault.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. We try to display products and prices accurately, but we may correct errors, change prices, and limit or refuse any order — including where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Product photography is representative. Small variations in finish, tone and stone colour are normal for jewellery of this kind.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm the payment and delivery details you have given are accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase. Payment is handled by Shopify's payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
Personalised items
If you supply text to be engraved or printed, you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use it. We reproduce what you submit. We may refuse to produce anything unlawful, hateful, or infringing someone else's rights, and will refund you in full if we do.
Age
You must be at least 18 to place an order.
Our content
The text, photography, design and branding on this site belong to Zelun or our suppliers and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind everything we sell, and our Returns & Refunds policy sets out exactly what we will do. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item it relates to. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live, including under the law of your US state.
