30-Day Calmer Dog Guarantee

We want your dog to feel calmer, not just for the vest to arrive. Every CalmVest order is covered by our 30-Day Calmer Dog Guarantee.

If you don't see a difference in your dog within 30 days of delivery, email us at Zelun_Support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund. You do not need to return the vest.

To process your claim quickly, please let us know how the vest was used (for example, during a storm, a car ride, or time alone) so we can make sure it was given a fair chance to help.

Wrong size or arrived damaged

If your CalmVest arrives in the wrong size or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Zelun_Support@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund. No return required.

Perfect-Fit Protection

Orders that include Perfect-Fit Protection receive one free size exchange if the original size doesn't fit, at no extra cost and no return shipping required.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
