Most jewellery is decoration. We make the other kind.
Walk into any jewellery shop and you'll be asked what metal you want, what length, what budget. Nobody asks the only question that actually matters, which is who it's for and why now.
Because that's usually the reason. An anniversary. An apology that's hard to say out loud. A person you think about more than you tell them. We built The Letter around that instead of around a display case — a pendant shaped like an envelope, that opens to hold a message only the two of you know is there.
What it is
Closed, it's a small geometric pendant on a fine chain — plain enough to wear every day without a second thought. Open it, and there's a message inside, written by you, seen only by them, whenever they choose to look.
It had to pass one test: would you still wear this in five years, and would you still be able to say why. That ruled out anything trend-led, anything that only works as a photograph. What's left is quiet on the outside and specific on the inside — which is rather the point.
What we won't do
We won't tell you a necklace will fix anything or say what you can't. It won't, and it can't. What it can do is put the words somewhere they'll find them again — on a hard day, an anniversary, or just an ordinary Tuesday. That's a real thing, and it's enough.
We won't run permanent fake discounts. If it's reduced, it's actually reduced.
And we won't pretend about delivery. The Letter ships from our US warehouse in 3 days. That's it — no fine print about other timelines, because there's only one piece.
